Since Leon Fleisher made his 1944 Carnegie Hall debut with the New York Philharmonic under Pierre Monteux, his contributions to classical music as pianist, conductor, and teacher have been immeasurable. Join us in celebrating the 80th birthday of a legend. A screening of the recent Academy Award-nominated Two Hands will be followed by four-hand compositions with former celebrated students Jonathan Biss, Yefim Bronfman, and Katherine Jacobson Fleisher.
